New Bridge Installation at The Warren

The last couple of days has seen some fantastic and much needed maintenance carried out on behalf of the club at the Warren.

Hawarden Estate and their contractors have worked tirelessly over the last 2 days and removed the old rickety bridge to the island pegs and replaced it with a more substantial and safer bridge.

As many of you will know high water levels used to see the old bridge submerged and with its one handrail and narrow width walkway traversing it was a bit sketchy at times.

Now accessing the island with your fishing gear is made easier and safer thanks to the new bridge.
