Preparing our waters

The club has been busy this morning introducing blue dye into the Rosie, this not only helps reduce the chance of algae blooms as we move into the warmer months, it also helps with the ever present threat of predation.

We have also introduced some anti slip strips at the Warren on pegs 5 and 6, over the course of the next few weeks we will introduce them to the remaining pegs.

As spring approaches you will see us busy again maintaining both waters, getting them ready for another season. We are only a small team but we have a large membership base, if you see us busy maintaining the ponds please if you can help us out, it would be greatly appreciated.
